Less than 4 minutes into the match Seaford - who were away to Withdean - opened the scoring with a great cross from Danny Sadler to Craig Pooley. 8 minutes later Pooley crossed the ball into the box to find Tim Sephton-Smith who powered the ball into the back of the net. 20 minutes in, defender Dean Cooper placed a perfect long ball up pitch to Pooley who beat the goalie and scored. Within 2 minutes Pooley was assisting Sephton-Smith who skilfully scored through Withdean’s defence. With minutes to spare before half time Sadler once again crossed the ball in to find Pooley who nicked a goal before the whistle.

In the second half Withdean stepped up the pace and scored 2 goals within 10 minutes. Rhys Cummins, who had worked hard throughout the game, was on top form and saved a great penalty. The whole team worked together to stop Withdean from scoring any more goals. A fast- paced match and a well deserved win for Seaford.
