Pevensey & Westham 1-4 Seaford Town
Seaford Town U10’s continued their strong start to the season with another impressive victory. Top scorer Scott Pook opened the scoring with a typical powerful finish that flew in off the crossbar which was shortly followed by an early goal of the season contender. Luke Carson picked up the ball in midfield and played a neat one-two with Pook before volleying the ball passed the keeper from 18 yards. Man of the match Scott Pook finished clinically from a tight angle to make it 3-0 at half time and the game seemed secured. Pevensey came out the quicker of the two teams in the 2nd half and pulled one back with a fine effort from 20 yards out but Seaford hit back immediately with Brodie Sallows finishing from close range to seal a deserved victory on the day.

Pevensey & Westham 3-4 Seaford Town
This was a thrilling encounter which both sets of supporters thoroughly enjoyed. Seaford took an early two goal lead through Luke Harmer and Jake Brooker who both finished from close range before Pevensey pulled one back to make it 1-2 at half time. Pevensey grew stronger in the second half and it was no surprise when they levelled the scores at 2-2. The game was in the balance and with 5 minutes remaining, man of the match Jake Brooker ran through and slid the ball passed the keeper to give Seaford the lead and expected victory. Pevensey kept on going and were rewarded for their efforts with another equalising goal from the penalty spot with only a couple of minutes left. Everyone now expected a draw but in the last minute a Seaford corner was met by Korben Langridge whose shot hit the crossbar and the ball bounced on the line; everyone stopped except Robyn Nash who tapped in to win the game for Seaford.
