Bob Laundon takes charge of Seaford Town F.C. from the start of the 2008-09 season with an impressive array of experience within Sussex football behind him. Bob has his level 2 and 3 U.E.F.A. Licence coaching awards and started out at Youth level with Denton and South Heighton as well as becoming manager of the Mid Sussex U-15's Rep side. He coached at Merstham as a First Team coach, followed by the Reserve Team Managers job in the Combined Counties League. He joined SCFL Div 1 side Southwick as a coach and also followed this up by becoming their Reserve Team manager. Bob spent 3 seasons at Pease Pottage Village winning promotion to Division 2 as well as winning the Sussex Charity Cup, Sussex Intermediate Cup and the Division 3 League Cup during his 2nd season in charge.

"Mowgli" has taken over from Steve Knight at the end of the 2008-09 season, with 2009-10 to be his first season fully in charge. Mowgli has been involved with the club on and off for many years now and despite his young age (for a manager) is more than up to the task of stepping up to the Reserve management role. After playing in every position last season (even in goal) Mowgli is now tackling the one he hasn't tried, the manager.

Chris was in charge of the Seaford Town F.C. Third team which lasted just one season (2008-09 campaign). Chris has made the step up to help Mowgli out with the running of the Reserves for the 2009-10 season. He also manages Cinque Ports Supernova and guided them to sucessive promotions in their first 2 seasons in the Lewes and District Sunday League.
